Reduce spray drift, improve spray coverage, work faster and safer. A better job with less stress, especially in hilly fields and at night.
RiteHeight keeps the sprayer booms automatically at a consistent height, eliminating the need for manual height adjustments in hilly terrain and minimizing the risk of boom contact with the ground.
The rugged ultrasonic range sensors continually monitor and maintain the height of the booms above the ground or crop canopy, giving you more consistent spray height, better spray coverage, and reduced drift.
Features & Benefits
- Easy to Install: It only requires the installation of two to eight sensors and simple electrical connections. Automatically adjusts to the sprayers’ hydraulic performance.
- RiteHeight 500 series can be ordered as a stand-alone system with its own TD500 7" touch screen display. Where the sprayer or tractor has a Virtual (a.k.a. Universal) Terminal capable display you can choose to order RiteHeight with the RH500-ISO compatibility feature. RH500-ISO includes a harness to connect with CANBUS on the sprayer or tractor.
- Simple controls allow engaging and disengaging automatic mode and adjusting the boom height and target height on the go.
- Choose from Three Operating Modes for optimum performance and stable operation:
- Bare Ground
- Partial Canopy
- Full Canopy
- After installation, two TEST menus allow users to confirm all connections were made correctly and that the sensors function properly.
- Next, run the self-calibration step. Then do a test run. Often no further adjustments are needed. Many configuration parameters are open for users to fine-tune the system if so desired.
- Where users want to upgrade to the latest series, Greentronics offers CORE credits when the original equipment is returned. Contact Greentronics for more details.

Ordering Information
Part #: RH500-x (x= 2 through 8 for number of sensors)
Standard System includes ECU, two sonar sensors, two sensor mounts with generic mounting hardware, sufficient wiring to suit most pull-type and self-propelled sprayers with boom widths up to 150 feet, installation and operator’s manual. Installation not included and to be arranged by purchaser. Free technical support via telephone, fax, or email for six months after delivery.
Back rack sensor option available. This is often implemented as the reference sensor where the operator manually sets the center boom height as desired. Outer booms will then automatically keep to that same height setting. The back rack sensor can also be implemented to automatically control the center boom spray height.
For wide booms and uneven terrain, add a second sensor for each boom. In extreme conditions with wide booms, three sensors per boom are advisable for best performance.
